Where Will My Order Ship From?
When the desired vinyl roll is in stock, you'll encounter various shipping options at checkout. In the event that the item is not in stock, it becomes a special order, and it will be shipped from our Guangzhou, Mainland China warehouse using the fastest international shipping available, typically taking about 3-5 business days to reach its destination. Special orders placed towards the end of the week will depart early the following week.
Whether for domestic or international shipping, unforeseen circumstances such as weather or delays from carriers like FedEx/UPS/USPS, which are beyond our control, may occur. Our official shipping policy states that orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days and may take 7-10 business days to arrive.
On average, most customer orders are received approximately 7 days from the date of placement, ensuring a timely and reliable delivery process.
Refund Policy
Our commitment is to offer an extensive range of top-quality films at affordable prices. To maintain this standard and efficiency, we do not accept returns for refunds or exchanges. All sales are considered final.
In cases where warranted issues, such as an incorrect color or defects, arise, we will address them by exchanging the product or providing a new one of the same color. If you believe you have a warranty claim, please contact us promptly so that we can assist in finding a remedy. It's crucial to note that continued usage and experiencing issues thereafter may limit our ability to provide assistance.
Exchanges are exclusively granted for accepted warranty claims. To validate a warranty claim, we require photos of the issue and/or the return of the defective material. The warranty claim process involves contacting us via email, filling out the provided form, and, if deemed necessary, using the provided prepaid label to return a sample of the product for testing. By making a purchase on this website, you agree to abide by this process, and any attempt to circumvent it may lead to legal action.
In the case of a claim regarding an incorrect color received, providing a photo of the product in its original box is essential. If the product has been partially used, a restocking charge may apply, and if more than 30% of the product has been used, replacement may not be possible.
For claims related to damaged products, photos of both the product and the damaged packaging are required to initiate a claim with the shipping service.
Improper maintenance, such as using acidic soaps found in car washes, can lead to premature vinyl wear by breaking down the UV protective coating. To validate a warranty claim for discoloration, proof of care must be provided through the purchase history of vinyl-safe car wash and proof of ceramic coating. Refer to our care instructions for proper vinyl maintenance.
Labor and other costs associated with installation, removal, or lifting clear coat/paint are not covered under the warranty. Damage to the material post-installation due to collision or normal road use is not covered.
Discoloration or lack of adhesion resulting from application directly to body filler, rust, or other unpainted surfaces is not warrantable. Chrome Vinyl is considered specialty and recommended only for show car use, with no warranty provided post-installation.
Cancellation of an order before shipping incurs a 5% fee to cover credit card processing fees not refunded by the bank.
For special orders shipped quickly, cancellations cannot be made once the package is provided to the shipping service, as tracking numbers are generated approximately 12-24 hours later on weekdays (local time).
